KBG Pro Property Services LLC is a small, independently-owned business whose entire existence is based on keeping its clients happy and protecting their interests.

Our primary focus is communicating directly with brokers and agents to achieve the highest level of service possible on a more personal level.

We're not your typical cookie-cutter company.  We take what we do seriously and believe we offer the best and most competitive rates in Southern California while maintaining high industry standards.

In an effort to work with brokers who are just starting to realize an influx of REO properties and are working within a limited reimburseable budget, we can offer terms and payment plans.  We also have the ability to bill the banks and mortgage companies directly.

By working directly with our clients, the middleman is removed and out-of-pocket costs are kept to a minimum, freeing up funds for our client's other properties that need to be prepared for market.
